SYNOPSIS
Edina, a female bodybuilder, is ready to sacrifice everything for the dream she shares with her life partner and trainer Adam: to win the Miss Olympia. The odd love she finds on her way makes her see the difference between her dreams and her true self.
BIOGRAPHY
László Csuja (Born in December, 10/02/1984) graduated from the Academy of Film and Drama of Budapest in 2012. His short film Phosphorus competed at several international film festivals like Tampere, Cork and Edinburgh International Film Festival. He is finishing a documentary titled Nine Months War about the Ukrainian-Russian military conflict.
Anna Nemes is a visual artist whose paintings have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions across Europe since 2010. “Beauty of the Beast,” her essay-documentary about female bodybuilding, is currently in post-production with a slated 2022 release. “Gentle” is her first fiction film.
